ABOUT OUR SETTING
We are a small Preschool who deliver the EYFS to children 2 & above. Over 5 days our setting is open from 9am until 3pm with an optional early bird drop off at 8:30. We are registered with Ofsted and accept 2 year old funded children as well as 3/4 year old universal 15 hours funding and a very limited number of 30 hour funded children.

We are based in a central location, occupying rooms in a very busy community centre. Our outdoor facilities lead directly from the classroom and promote free-flow learning. We offer additional activities including; cooking, yoga, ballet and French. The children are able to plant, grow and harvest herbs, fruit and vegetables. This allows them to develop their knowledge of healthy eating as well as a practical understanding of the plant lifecycle.

MEET OUR TEAM
Miss Jack
Principal
Miss Jack was thrilled to be able to offer further Early Years education within the village of Chalfont St Peter and opened Preschool on the 11th September 2017 after 14 years experience as the Principal of Chalfont St Peter Montessori School. With over 20 years experience working in Early Years as well as her degree in early years education and International Montessori qualification, she ensures a holistic approach to providing Early Years education for the children in her care. Her personable manner ensures everyone feels welcome as she promotes the family friendly environment.
Miss Nikki
Deputy
Miss Nikki is the full time deputy and is well known within the local area due to working at Chalfont St Peter Montessori School as well as nannying for local children. She is Level 4 qualified in both Early Years and SEND. She is the designated Safeguarding Officer and is responsible for any child protection issues or concerns.
Miss Dena
Deputy
Miss Dena is the part-time Deputy at the setting, she is qualified to Level 3 and has many years experience not only working within Early Years but previously running her own setting. Miss Dena delivers weekly yoga, cookery and French lessons to the children. She is also the designated Safeguarding Officer alongside Miss Nikki and is responsible for any child protection issues or concerns.
Miss Jenny
Health & Safety Officer
Miss Jenny is our Health and Safety Officer for the setting and is responsible for maintaining the children's safe learning environment. She is Level 3 qualified and has many years experience working within Early Years.
Miss Renee
Level 3
We welcome back Miss Renee to our team, after a short time away her kind and patient approach to all our children's, especially those who may need extra help has been greatly missed.
Miss Michelle has many years of experience as a nanny and a childminder. She is now developing her experience working with children at the Preschool. She is specialising in the support of the younger children in the setting.
